On November 15, 2010 at approximately 1620 hours, detectives from LRPD’s Intelligence Unit, U.S. Secret Service, and Maumelle PD executed a search and seizure warrant at 140 Miramar Dr., Maumelle, AR. It was discovered that the home owner, Sidney Perry, W/M, DOB: 06/11/1992, had been downloading, viewing, and possessing child pornography for over a year. His computer was seized and turned over to the Secret Service at the scene for forensic analysis. Upon completion of the forensic examination, eleven (11) videos containing sexually explicit images of children were found. Terry Hastings, three witnesses have sided with the Pulaski County Sheriff's Deputy, Lt. Cody Burk and stated that the LRPD Police vehicle definitively had a green light.   Lt.
