WHERE DO THE LRPD TAKE-HOME VEHICLES GO? - EPISODE 1 CHIEF KEEF DRIVES AN UMARKED SUV THAT BUCKNER USED TO DRIVE No fuel costs for his vehicle were provided . LRPD and the city of Little Rock refused to provide us information regarding where the take-home cars go. So much for being transparent and open. They provided it last year and you can read our post about that by clicking  here . Since they refuse to provide the information, we will post where these vehicles are going and how much we pay for the fuel to provide transportation for these officers to drive to and from their homes each day. More than half of all LRPD officers refuse to live in the city of Little Rock and be a true part of our community.  All the information used in this post is public information, readily available from the internet or from a Freedom of Information Request.   We used the interwebs in this instance.

RECORDS SHOW THAT MAYOR SCOTT LIED ABOUT PAYMENT TO FIRM CONNECTED TO A STAFF MEMBER IN APRIL MAYOR SCOTT  SAID THIS RECORD DID NOT EXIST WHEN WE SENT A FOI REQUEST FOR IT For someone that campaigned on transparency, our autocratic, feckless and frightened mayor has proven that was all talk.   "I AM THE CEO AND CUSTODIAN OF RECORDS FOR THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK" The latest proof of that came to light this week. In a response to this FOI request... Scott provided a response and we were surprised to discover the purchase order that was for the Critical Incident video. We were surprised because we made a documented and recorded verbal FOI request way back on April 9th seeking records regarding the cost to the city for the critical incident video (for the police shooting in late February) that was produced by the marketing company, The Design Group, which Mayor Scott stated he used during his campaign for office. NO JUSTICE - NO DAMN PEACE The feckless Mayor is crying to the city attorney regarding obeying FOI laws. Feckless Scott wants to blame  Little Rock activist/blogger Russ Racop of  Arkansas Transparency Project and Bad City of Little Rock blog, for ALL of the amateurish problems that they are facing in obeying and coming into compliance with the fucking law. Well, let me bring you back to that fateful day when citizens FILLED city hall demanding justice for the unlawful killing of a Little Rock Citizen by a racist police dept. Feckless Scott LIED and stated that the video was NOT tampered with, AKA edited but "redacted". Redaction is a term of coming into legal compliance with privacy laws. REMOVING the killer-cop's ringtone that played "Bad To The Bone", is NOT a matter of privacy and amounted to a bold-faced lie; engineered to MISLEAD, OBFUSCATE and MANIPULATE, rather than to INFORM.
