TOO LITTLE - TOO LATE: Hatin' in the Little Rock River Market by  Ean Lee Bordeaux  on Thursday, July 28, 2011 at 11:08pm http://www.corruptionsucks.blogspot.com I received this email after a FAILED DWI accident cover-up of Carla Farquhar-Cox. She's a crooked manager of Willy D's Dueling Piano Bar located where I used to set-up in the Little Rock River Market District for many years. A drunk driver partying at her club ran right through and  totaled one  of our Willy Dog hot dog carts and kept on going till she was stopped. Carla has been our enemy ever since, even though we have never sued her crooked ass. We allowed the criminal drunk's insurance to replace our tribe's Willy Dog cart and let the matter go. Carla obviously did not.  Shannon Jeffery-Light Former River Market Mgr. You see, she's real good friends with a couple of City employees, including her corrupt, NOW ex-husband, cop Shannon Dewayne Cox. They were all r

REPORT # 2007-143797 DOCUMENTED CONFLICTS OF INTERESTS & FOUL PLAY REVEALED: Increased police racial profiling from the City of Little Rock Police Dept. started  immediately  after I refused to sell-out my business in the River Market District. A drunk driver at Willy D's totaled my hotdog cart. I replaced it, the crooked manager of Willy D's was married to a River Market cop and convinced him and his buddies to, "put the screws" in me. SERIOUS POSITIVE CHANGE IN RIVER MARKET

SERIOUS POSITIVE CHANGE IN RIVER MARKET  I am happy to report that for the FIRST time in the NINE years that Willy Dog USA has operated within the Little Rock River Market District, the true diversity of the nightshift Little Rock Police force genuinely represents the interests of almost all of Little Rock, as promised by Assistant Police Chief Eric Higgins (of mixed Creole heritage, btw).  Though, better late than never, it is truly welcomed and appreciated by many. I must admit that the changes made within their department as a result of our significant concerns, were quite obvious & responsive. E Pluribus Unum.

YOU CAN RUN ON FOR A LONG TIME...

Blue Code of Silence

Blue Code of Silence READ ABOUT:  Little Rock's Newest Corrupt Police Chief Kenton Buckner The examples and perspective in this article deal primarily with the United States and do not represent a worldwide view of the subject. The Blue Code of Silence (also known as the Blue Shield, Blue Wall, Curtain, Vei l, or Cocoon) is an unwritten rule among police officers in the United States not to report on another colleague's errors, misconducts, or crimes. If questioned about an incident of misconduct involving another officer (e.g. during the course of an official inquiry), while following the code, the officer being questioned would claim ignorance of another officer's wrongdoing. The code is considered to be police corruption and misconduct. Any officers who engaged in discriminatory arrests, physical or verbal harassment, and selective enforcement of the law are considered to be corrupt. Many officers who follow the code may participate in some of
