David Littlejohn, 45, was arrested by Little Rock police around 9:30 p.m. at the airport, the report states. Online court records show he faces one count of possession with the purp ose to deliver a schedule IV controlled substance. Detectives were inspecting baggage from incoming flights Tuesday with the help of a K-9, according to the report. The dog flagged six suitcases. LRPD drops quarterly community meetings and will only meet with citizens twice a year MAKING LITTLE ROCK ACCOUNTABLE AGAIN LRPD "Chief Keef" Humphrey In a shocking and disturbing move, the Little Rock Police Department moves towards less transparency and interaction with citizens by announcing it drops quarterly meetings in favor in semiannual ones. News of this prompted one citizen to contact her city board representative and express grave concerns. The first homicide of 2020 occurred in West Little Rock on January 6th (Ward 6) as did a double shooting on January 7th (Ward 5). Both of these violent crimes are making white folks in their WLR neighborhoods very nervous. Apparently LRPD did not provide this information to city leadership as they were caught off guard.
