Another LRPD Officer arrested for domestic violence MAKING LITTLE ROCK ACCOUNTABLE AGAIN Little Rock Police officer Muhammad Yaqeen was arrested by his fellow employees for yet another incident of domestic violence involving a LRPD officer. LRPD Officer Muhammed Yaqeen The arrest/disposition report states that Yaqueen punched his wife during an argument and that LRPD officers observed injuries to her face and arms. According to LRPD spokesman Eric Barnes, LRPD responded around 11:30 p.m. Monday December 23rd to a report of an assault/domestic disturbance. Tiffany Yaqueen told officers she and her husband got into an argument, so she went outside to get in her car to leave. Yaqueen followed, Mrs. Yaqueen told police, and while he was standing outside the car, he dropped his phone. THANKS IN PART TO MICHAEL LANGLEY AND BRYAN DAY USING THE ASHLEY MADISON WEBSITE, ARKANSAS NETS $52,830 IN SETTLEMENT MAKING LITTLE ROCK ACCOUNTABLE AGAIN The owner of dating site Ashley Madison has agreed to pay $1.6 million to settle a Federal Trade Commission investigation and state charges related to the 2015 data breach, the FTC announced Wednesday. Twelve states, including Arkansas and the District of Columbia, were part of the settlement. Arkansas will receive $52,830 as part of the deal, according to the attorney general's office. "While I do not condone the activities of those who joined the Ashley Madison website, it is my job as Attorney General to take action when Arkansans' data is breached," Attorney General Leslie Rutledge said in a statement Wednesday.
