LR MAYOR FECKLESS FRANK SALUTES HIS ABUSIVE FATHER USING THE CITY'S  YOUTUBE CHANNEL Our autocratic and feckless mayor posted a Father's Day video praising fathers, especially his own. You can watch the short video by clicking on the image below. Feckless Frank tries to paint his father as a kind, loving man...  ...but facts prove otherwise. Frank Sr. has a well-documented history of domestic violence,contact with law enforcement and scandalous behavior resulting in a suspension from his employer at the time, the Little Rock Fire Department. It appears things were bad at the Scott household. As mentioned, Frank Sr. worked as a Little Rock Fireman and appears to have had a side chick or two and perhaps substance abuse issues. So Frank, Sr. filed for a divorce back in 1989 to get free of his family. WHERE DO THE LRPD TAKE-HOME VEHICLES GO? - EPISODE 4 It cost us $1,847.74 for fuel for Bewley's take-home vehicle in 2018.  ASST. CHIEF CHARLES WAYNE BEWLEY HAS AN UNMARKED VEHICLE TO SLIP ACROSS THE COUNTY LINE In 2017 we spent $1,826.67 for fuel for Bewley's ride.    LRPD and the city of Little Rock refused to provide us information regarding where the take-home cars go. So much for being transparent and open. They provided it last year and you can read our post about that by clicking  here . Since they refuse to provide the information (the take home city is what we requested), we will post where these vehicles are actually going (their address which was not requested and is exempt under the AFOIA) and how much we pay for the fuel to provide transportation for these officers to drive to and from their homes each day. More than half of all LRPD officers refuse to live in the city of Little Rock and be a true part of our community.

In a response to this FOI request... Scott provided a response and we were surprised to discover the purchase order that was for the Critical Incident video. We were surprised because we made a documented and recorded verbal FOI request way back on April 9th seeking records regarding the cost to the city for the critical incident video (for the police shooting in late February) that was produced by the marketing company, The Design Group, which Mayor Scott stated he used during his campaign for office.
