Repeal of Health Law’s ‘Onerous’ Business-Expenses Rule Fails By  Jeffrey Young  -  Nov 29, 2010 The U.S. Senate failed today to adopt language that would have repealed a rule, created by the health-care overhaul law, requiring businesses to report annual expenses to individual vendors in excess of $600. Eliminating the mandate, known as the 1099 rule after an Internal Revenue Service form used by businesses, would have reduced U.S. tax revenue by more than $19 billion over the next decade. Two amendments that would have repealed the requirement were rejected today; two similar measures failed in September. Senator  Max Baucus , a Montana Democrat who is chairman of the tax-writing Finance Committee, and Senator  Mike Johanns , a Nebraska Republican, sponsored today’s competing amendments, which would have been attached to a food-safety bill. Senate voting today on 1099 reporting requirement repeal November 29, 2010 Dear Small Business Owner, SBA Administrator Karen G. Mills Last week I wrote to you expressing the Obama Administration’s support for the repeal of the expanded 1099 reporting requirement that was included in the Affordable Care Act. As you know, earlier in the year we asked you for feedback on this requirement and what we heard was that will involve too much paperwork and will be overly burdensome. As the Senate votes today on whether or not to roll back this requirement, I want to again express the Administration’s support for repealing the expanded 1099 reporting requirement. Thank you again for your feedback on this important matter and I look forward to continuing to work with you to ensure you have the tools and resources you need to grow your business and create jobs. Sincerely, Karen Mills U.S. SBA Administrator

Then maybe it would be very DANGEROUS to put a gun and a badge upon a fracking backward-ass redneck buffoon from Conway , like David M. Edgmon! Hmm. I wonder how much influence the Lt. cop daddy, cop brother & MEMS mother, as "civil  servant  folks," over there in Conway, had to play in this bigot's reinstatement.  ONE phone call to the ARKANSAS BIGOT"S ASSOCIATION AKA Good 'Ol Boys Network. It SHO' is funny how no one in the press is talking about that, yet. The Civil Service  Commission  has intentionally undermined the very  integrity  of the Little Rock Police Department.  Corruption Sucks Blog intends to INSIST on an FBI investigation.  We also intend to speak with Arkansas Governor Mike  Beebe, for
