A drunk driver at Willy D's totaled my hotdog cart. I replaced it, the crooked manager of Willy D's was married to a River Market cop and convinced him and his buddies to, "put the screws" in me. SERIOUS POSITIVE CHANGE IN RIVER MARKET  I am happy to report that for the FIRST time in the NINE years that Willy Dog USA has operated within the Little Rock River Market District, the true diversity of the nightshift Little Rock Police force genuinely represents the interests of almost all of Little Rock, as promised by Assistant Police Chief Eric Higgins (of mixed Creole heritage, btw).  Though, better late than never, it is truly welcomed and appreciated by many. I must admit that the changes made within their department as a result of our significant concerns, were quite obvious & responsive. E Pluribus Unum.
