A LRPD civilian employee at the call center posted on her personal Facebook page a scathing resignation letter she sent to the LRPD Communications Director Kimberly Green.

The letter details several incidents that point to Green and other employees at the call center creating a Hostile Work Environment.

Don't just take her word for it, as soon as we posted Ms. Harris' resignation letter to Facebook, messages started coming in, for example, here is one from a former employee that happens to also be white:

Russ Racop - March 30, 2021 On March 5th Karla Lasiter, a kindergarten teacher at Crystal Hill Elementary school, forced a Black five year old student to unclog a poop and toilet paper filled commode using his bare hands. The student's family complained and Lasiter was removed from the classroom and quickly resigned in an attempt to make the matter go away.
