THEY SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO LT. GILBERT. THERE WOULD BE ONE LESS HOMICIDE IN LITTLE ROCK.
KILLER COP STARKS SHOULD HAVE BEEN FIRED PROPERLY, SO THAT IT WOULD STICK.
IF HE WAS PROPERLY FIRED FOR HIS CHRONIC VIOLATIONS OF DEPT. RULES AND REGULATIONS, RATHER THAN JUST ONE BULLSHIT OFFENSE, HE WOULD NOT BE WORKING AT LRPD TODAY.

THE INEPTITUDE OF THIS CURRENT ADMINISTRATION HAS FORCED THE CITIZENS OF THIS CITY TO BE A LITTLE LESS SAFE AND A LOT MORE DISTRUSTFUL OF A POLICE DEPARTMENT THAT OUR TAX DOLLARS PAY FOR, INDEED.

  PCSSD reluctantly releases records regarding former teacher Is PCSSD a shitty district, with shitty leadership and shitty teachers?   Russ Racop - March 30, 2021 On March 5th Karla Lasiter, a kindergarten teacher at Crystal Hill Elementary school, forced a Black five year old student to unclog a poop and toilet paper filled commode using his bare hands.
