FEDERAL RACKETEERING PROVEN TO U.S.COURTS STANDARDS

It is the position of the Houma-Choctaw Tribe that since about 2006, there are members of the Little Rock Police Department actively and unceasingly engaging in such illegal activities as racketeering, complainant & witness intimidation/tampering as well as retaliation against complaining citizens under the color of law and within the thinly veiled guise of "official duties" in direct violation of state and federal laws making this a federal matter, serving only to harass, retaliate against and financially interfere in the international and interstate commercial activities of the tribe. A FEDERAL MATTER.

MOST of these mercenary police officers reside OUTSIDE of Little Rock City limit's. This only adds insult to injury as they are not even citizens of our great city but are unwisely & irresponsibly allowed to SHOOT & KILL it's citizens, if they "see fit" & can get away with it, as MANY have.

In a most documented fashion, they (rouge police officers without proper supervision) have criminally & tortiously interfered with the international and interstate commerce of the Houma-Choctaw Nation's business, Willy Dog USA (main plant in Kingston, Ontario) with numerous illegal predicate acts.

RICO, a federal law, allows for up to 10 years to prove a RICO case based on said serial predicate acts of police intimidation of complainants and witnesses that form an undeniable criminal pattern of predicated activities continued over the course of more than 6 but less than 10 years. The United States Justice Department is currently apprised of our tribe's obvious concerns of said illegal interference and serial police intimidations.

ASP Trooper fired for repeated "inappropriate behavior" with minors

  ASP pedo trooper Valentin liked to do it in the road   I n June 2023 a teenage female filed a complaint with the Arkansas State Police ("ASP") about Corporal Michael Valentin, an ASP Trooper stationed in Harrison, AR. In her complaint she alleged that Valentin had groomed her and had sexual activities, while on duty,  with her and another minor female. She also alleged he was stalking her.  An internal investigation was opened. Both teenage females were interviewed as was Valentin.  The girls stated that they were acquainted with Valentine because one of them was  the stepdaughter of a fellow trooper  and Valentin was a frequent customer at the restaurant that the fellow trooper and his wife owned, where both of the girls worked.
