TRUST ME...if THESE two guys shot yo' ass, OH, you NEEDED to be shot, indeed. THESE two cops are some of the very LEAST likely to shoot you in the River Market, lol...
I was there BTW. These two cop's were pro's from beginning to end, indeed. Oh, it was a REALLY fucked-up night. That was just the LAST incident of the evening.
Looks like dudes came down to the River Market to fight that night. I witnessed ridiculous and very avoidable incidents that evening where several Little Rock Officers put themselves in harms way simply to keep the peace between unwise and immature grown-ass drunks. Shame on you!

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) – On Monday, police released the name of a man who died after an
Michael Hornibrook, 54
officer-involved shooting in the River Market early Sunday morning.
On Saturday evening, police received reports of a man with a gun outside Ernie Biggs acting erratically [screaming racial epitaphs]. Upon officers' arrival to the scene, Michael Hornibrook, 54, was outside the bar pointing his gun at the crowd and then ran across the street.
Police gave chase on foot, and gave Hornibrook multiple opportunities to stop.
Police reports state that Hornibrook then stopped and pointed his pistol at the two officers, and they both fired. He was treated at the scene but later died from his injuries.
The officers involved were 44-year-old Samuel Hill and 31-year-old Brian Osmundson. Both are on routine administrative leave while the investigation continues.

ASP Trooper fired for repeated "inappropriate behavior" with minors

  ASP pedo trooper Valentin liked to do it in the road   I n June 2023 a teenage female filed a complaint with the Arkansas State Police ("ASP") about Corporal Michael Valentin, an ASP Trooper stationed in Harrison, AR. In her complaint she alleged that Valentin had groomed her and had sexual activities, while on duty,  with her and another minor female. She also alleged he was stalking her.  An internal investigation was opened.
